The course curriculum offered both at undergraduate and postgraduate level, consists of core papers like Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Development, Performance Management, Strategic HRM, Organization Development & Change, Compensation Management etc. that reflect the concepts & recent trends in Human Resource.
The department has taken a number of steps to ensure that the curriculum of different programmes is updated on a regular basis to reflect the fast-changing concepts and trends in Human Resources. The process includes the participation of experts both from industry and academia.
