Guest Lecture

The Department of HRM & IB, The IIS University, Jaipur organised a guest lecture on 16th September 2017. The speaker was Ms. Tapti Bhattacharya, she spoke about recruitment and selection in service sector. She introduced us to the STAR Technique of recruitment, process of recruitment, process of training, current trends in the industry, the true nature of the industry.

It was an interesting session which taught students about applied knowledge in the field of recruitment. Students thoroughly enjoyed the session and would look forward to her visiting near future.
