Guest Lecture

The Department of HRM & IB in collaboration with Training and placement cell organized a guest lecture on “Yuva” (Your Ultimate Versatile Attitude) on 12th August, 2015 in AV Hall coordinated by Mrs. Shivi Saxena and Dr. Purnima Sharma. Various topics like inspiration, vision, career opportunities and discipline were discussed by the speaker.

To throw some light on this subject, speaker on the occasion was Mr. Shailendra Singh Chouhan. He is the founder and Lead trainer at Matrix

To begin with, Mr. Shailendra Singh Chouhan was extended a floral welcome by Dr. Seema Singh Rathore (HOD, Dept. of HRM & IB). He was then invited to give his talk. He discussed various aspects related to the transformation phase of students from school life to college life. Furthermore, he also highlighted the importance of self respect, vision, positive attitude and the ability to take challenges. He also showed various real life videos to students to inculcate in them the spirit of “You can never fail, till you give up.”

This lecture was very interesting and provided great learning and motivation to all students of the department.
