The Department of Management HRM & IB, The IIS University organized Appreciation Certificate Ceremony on 9th April 2018, Monday. Dr.  Ankita Jain (Associate Professor) proposed a formal welcome to the students. Then a SKIT was presented by the students of MBA Semester II, which left the audience in flashback of memories of their college life. There was also a formal Presentation with glimpse of activities held in the department. To add upon, game was introduced to create an interactive ambience. The juniors also presented titles and gifts to their seniors.

Thereafter, Professor. M. K. Sharna, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management acknowledged students about the practical world and gave his blessings for their bright future. He also  appreciated students by giving them  'Department Appreciation Certificates' for their active participation throughout the course.

The students of MBA Semester IV presented a group song to express their journey of The IIS University. Also,  there  was a stand up comedy act by Miss Anshita which created an explosion of laughter in the gathering.

Surprisingly, the next performance was by the faculty members of department of Management,  their song for the outgoing batch brushed emotions in the atmosphere. They also wrote messages for their students which included their blessings, happy moments and memories of their 'one of the Favorite Batch'.

Towards the end of the ceremony there was a visual presentation of all the major memories they have collected with their friends,  colleagues and teachers. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Purnima Sharma, Assistant Professor- Departnent Of Management. The bond of love, respect and care will never fade. The batch-soon to be an alumni have always been an inspiration for their juniors and a happy experience for their teachers.
