 The objective of this course is to acquaint the students with the legal framework with regard to labour working in factories and industries. It provides them with the knowledge of various laws being enacted to protect the rights of workers.

  1. To Knowledge about the concept and scope of Strategic Management.
  2. To understand Integration business strategy and HR strategy.
  3. To develop an understanding for formulation of strategy at corporate level, business level and functional level strategy and effect of environment on strategy.
  4. To acquire knowledge regarding implementation of strategy and role for top managers, HR Director and HR Specialist in its implementation.
  5. To gain and insight on  comprehended different types of strategies.
