At the end of the second semester examination, it is mandatory for every student to undergo on-the- job practical training in any organization of her choice. The training will be of 6 to 8 weeks’ duration. During the training, the student is expected to learn about the organization and analyse and suggest solutions to a live problem. The objective is to equip the students with the knowledge of actual functioning of an organization and problems faced by them for exploring feasible solutions.

 

The student, after the completion of training will submit a detailed report which will form part of the third semester examination. The student shall prepare a report on the visit made to the organization. She will be required to make the presentation of the work followed by viva-voce. The students will be required to get the certificate regarding successful training.

Evaluation: Panel of examiners consisting of Head of the department and other examiners appointed shall conduct a vice-voce and evaluate the reports. The students will be graded accordingly.
