Students of second and fourth semester MBA-HRM/IB/RM/ABM participated in the workshop. Resource person was Dr. Satish Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Management, MNIT, Jaipur. The resource person highlighted that systematic review identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes research results to create a summary of current evidence that can contribute to evidence-based practice. The student’s explored that Systematic reviews include efforts to find as much as possible of the research which addresses the review's research question. This is important if the review's conclusions are not to be over-influenced by studies which are simply the easiest to find (usually published research, showing the benefit of interventions). Furthermore, steps for writing a systematic review were also elaborated by the resource person. It was a great learning experience for all the students.

Outcome of the workshop: Students were able to understand the basics of literature reviews and explain a specific methodological approach towards writing one, known as the systematic literature review. The workshop will help them to carry out their corporate internship in a more planned manner and also they will be able to prepare their internship reports and dissertation in a more logical manner.
