Onassis & Climax Overseas, Manesar, Haryana

27th – 28th September (Department of Management: HRM & IB)

Department of Management: HRM & IB, IIS (deemed to be University),Jaipur organized an  Industrial tour to Manesar 27th and 28thSeptember, 2018 for the students of MBA (HR, IB, and RM) total of 41 students along with Dr. Ankita Jain (Associate Professor) and Dr. Neha Mathur(Assistant Professor).

The students visited two industries namely Onassis, an auto parts manufacturing plant in Manesar and Climax Overseas a rubber manufacturing plant. Furthermore, there was an interactive session with Mr. Manmohan, Vice President, MIWA (Manesar Industry Welfare Association) on the topic ‘Individual and Team’. He also highlighted that the basic role of the association is “To fulfil the need of the industry which cannot be fulfilled by an individual capacity”.
