ECO FRIENDLY BAG MAKING ACTIVITY

Objective of the event: To spread awareness about the use of eco-friendly products and to
promote reuse and recycling of the available products to reduce the waste.
Description: Eco –Friendly activity was conducted by Connect For NGO on virtual platform.
Students of MBA SEMESTER II attended the session as part of their vocational training in
community engagement service paper. The resource person for the session was Ms. Sanaa
Kherodawala, Team Member, Connect For NGO. A instruction guide was shared with students
along with the materials required. Volunteers were guided with the step by step procedure of
make the bag.
Eco Friendly bag making was a fun and engaging activity that students enjoyed along with their
family members. The students were able to learn closely about the environment by making use of
the items lying around the house.
Learning Outcomes: The session highlighted the importance of eliminating single use plastic
and reducing environmental pollution by changing your lifestyle choices.
