wage determination metods,Job Evaluation, Wage Differentials, Wage Fixation – Statutory wage fixation, Wage Boards & Pay Commissions, Collective bargaining, Adjudication.

Basic Salary, DA , Fringe benefits, Bonus, Wage Incentive system in india, Profit sharing and stock options, VRS
Methods of wage payment – Time, Piece Rate.
