Rakhi celebration at Umang

The Department of HRM & IB organized a visit to Umang for Rakhi celebration, an NGO for mentally challenged children located in Mansarovar, Jaipur. Students interacted with specially abled children and exchanged heartfelt dialouges with them, which was followed by ‘rakhi making’, in which some students taught the children how to make a rakhi on their own. . This activity filled everyone with joy & happiness.
After rakhi-making, children followed the rakhi ritual in which ‘the silk thread’ was tied on their wrist. Chocolates were also distributed among the students to complete the raksha bandhan ritual. The day ended on a note of high energies.
