At the end of this course, a student should be able to: CO237: To Understand the concept of Industrial Relations and will also be able to identify the characteristics of Indian Industrial Relation System. CO238: To learn the functions and various types of trade union in India and the methods of achieving the objectives along with the problems faced by trade unions in India. CO239: To analyze and enhance their knowledge about various forms of worker’s participation in India in detail. CO240: To evaluate the classification of various types of industrial conflicts along with their impact on organization’s functioning. CO241: To gain the knowledge regarding structure of ILO and will be able to identify the impact of ILO on Indian Labour.
