The Dissertation work will enable the students to develop knowledge and understanding of a specialist area within the broad field of Human Resource Management. Each student will carry forward the research work on the synopsis prepared in semester III and complete the dissertation work under the supervision of a dissertation guide.
Students are required to meet their supervisors regularly for guidance and devote at least 4 hours per week on regular basis.
Evaluation: Panel of examiners consisting of Head of the department and other examiners appointed shall conduct a vice-voce and evaluate the reports. The students will be graded accordingly.
