Objective of the Event: The objective of the activity was to raise health awareness among students.
Description: Department of Management of IIS (deemed to be university) organised zumba activity for all department students on 17th September 2022. Activity was started with full energy and enthusiasm. Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin inspire dance. It helps to burn calories while having fun at the best. It is intended as a total body cardio and Arabic workout which provides a large calorie consumption. Besides its high calorie burning benefit, it can help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce blood pressure and ldl colistrol and increase hdl cholesterol

Outcome of the event: The session was very informative. The students gained understanding of the long term benefits of aerobic exercise.
