CO 46: Analyse the behaviour of individuals in organizations in terms of the key factors that influence organizational behaviour and will also gain understanding about various theories of personality.

CO 47:Understand the factors influencing group behaviour and group cohesiveness along with the difference between team and group.

CO 48:Understand the meaning and characteristics of Organizational Power and politics.

CO 49:Identify the various aspects of conflicts and how to manage the conflicts.

CO 50:Understand various aspects and issues concerning stress and organizational change.
