Post budget Analysis of 2015 (18th March, 2015)
Department of HRM & IB organized a competition on “Post Budget Analysis-2015”, on 18th March in the AV Hall. Each year, on 28th Feb, the financial budget is awaited eagerly, with many expectations. Budget impacts various stakeholders. Thus, this competition was organized where students of MBA made presentations on impact of budget on various stakeholders like consumers, Businessmen, investors, taxpayers etc and also on various sectors like infrastructure, Education & health, Banking & Insurance etc.
Dr Nidhi Sharma, Department of Economics and Dr Meenakshi Anand, Department of Financial Studies were Judges on the occasion. Students made presentations in groups of 4-6 students. The winners were-
First prize-Ms Aakansha Vashishtha & Group
Second prize- Ms Khusboo Chaudhary & Group
Dr Ashish Khandelwal, Department of Management Studies, gave expert talk in the end and shared his view on Budget 2015.
All students were greatly benefitted from this activity. It was a great learning experience for all.
