The Department of Human Resource Management at The IIS (Deemed to be University) has made significant contribution towards building professional skills of management focusing on human resources. 

The course curriculum offered both at undergraduate and postgraduate level, consists of core papers like Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Development, Performance Management,  Strategic HRM, Organization Development & Change, Compensation Management etc. that reflect the concepts & recent trends in  Human Resource.

The department has taken a number of steps to ensure that the curriculum of different programmes is updated on a regular basis to reflect the fast-changing concepts and trends in  Human Resources. The process includes the participation of experts both from industry and academia.
